PPG is a non-invasive optical technique used to measure physiological parameters such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and more. It works by emitting light into the skin and measuring changes in light absorption caused by blood volume variations.

4. Monitoring Your Health

Quick Vitals allows users to monitor essential health biomarkers such as heart rate, blood pressure, SPO2, breathing rate, PRQ, HRV, stress levels, and more in seconds.

5. Registration and User Types

Quick Vitals offers registration for different types of users, including medical professionals, healthcare organizations, and patients. Data security is maintained among various users, with specific features to share data securely when needed.

6. Conditions of Use
